Invaders shell three communities in Dnipropetrovsk region

Since Wednesday evening, Russian troops have attacked the Marhanets, Myrove and Pokrovsk communities in the Dnipropetrovsk region with artillery and drones.

Serhiy Lysak, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration, said this in a post on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

“The Nikopol district came under enemy attack in the evening and at night. The aggressor attacked the Marhanets, Myrove, Pokrovsk communities,” the regional governor said.

He stated that the settlements experienced significant shelling and that the invaders also deployed kamikaze drones, dropping ammunition from a UAV.

No casualties have been reported.

Lysak also informed that Ukrainian defenders shot down three Russian drones in the sky over the region.

As Ukrinform reported, on February 19, Russian troops fired artillery and attacked the Synelnykove and Nikopol districts of the Dnipropetrovsk region with attack drones, injuring a 20-year-old woman.
