Russia’s war casualty toll in Ukraine up by 1,170 over past day

By February 26, 2025, total Russian military losses in Ukraine since the full-scale invasion began on February 24, 2022 have reached approximately 870,700 personnel, with 1,170 eliminated in the past 24 hours.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.

Additionally, Ukraine’s Defense forces have destroyed: 10,201 (+19) tanks, 21,183 (+15) armored fighting vehicles, 23,686 (+34) artillery systems, 1,299 (+0) MLRS, 1,085 (+2) air defense systems, 370 (+0) aircraft, 331 (+0) helicopters, 26,961 (+194) UAVs, 3,064 (+0) cruise missiles, 28 (+0) warships/boats, 1 (+0) submarine, 38,702 (+120) vehicles and fuel trucks, 3,759 (+0) units of special equipment.

As reported by Ukrinform earlier, on February 25, by 22:00, the Ukrainian Defense Forces had engaged in 90 combat clashes with the Russian forces along the frontline.
