Ukraine’s Air Force annihilates command post on Russian soil

On March 18, the Ukrainian Air Force attacked a command post operated by one of the units from the 3rd Motorized Rifle Division of Russia’s 20th Army in the Demidovka area, Belgorod region.

That’s according to the General Staff of Ukraine’s Armed Forces, Ukrinform reports.

As a result of the high-precision strike, the command post was fully destroyed.

"The enemy employed the facility to plan and conduct combat operations against units of Ukraine’s Defense Forces in Sumy region. Its liquidation significantly reduces the ability of units from Russia’s 3rd Motorized Rifle Division to effectively operate on the battlefield," the General Staff noted.

The General Staff emphasized that the pilots of Ukraine’s Air Force will continue to engage elements of the enemy's military infrastructure until the Kremlin ceases to continue its armed aggression against the people of Ukraine.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, units of the Special Operations Forces and the Security Service of Ukraine, in cooperation with other elements of Ukraine’s Defense Forces, attacked the Engels airfield using long-range capabilities.

A blaze, a series of explosions, and secondary detonation of ammunition were recorded in the area of ​​the airfield.

The military facility is used as a base for Russian war aviation, including to launch missile strikes against Ukraine and terrorizer civilians.
