
All fires extinguished in Sumy after Russian missile strike

Rescue teams have put out all fires following a Russian attack on Sumy, with emergency crews currently dismantling hazardous structures.
Ukraine's State Emergency Service reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
"Sumy: Firefighters have extinguished all fires," the statement reads.

Two mobile "points of invincibility" have been set up by emergency responders. Psychologists and medics from the State Emergency Service have provided assistance to 78 people.
"Emergency climbers are working at height to dismantle unstable structures. The work is ongoing," the statement said.
According to preliminary reports, 88 people were injured in the attack, including 17 children.
On March 24, Russian forces launched a strike on the center of Sumy, causing destruction.
