Russian troops shell Kupiansk residential areas
Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, wrote this in a post on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"The enemy continues to attack civilian infrastructure and terrorize residents. This afternoon, the occupiers fired 152-caliber artillery at private homes. Fortunately, no casualties were reported," Syniehubov wrote.

The regional governor highlighted the tense situation in the area.
"The enemy is intensively shelling the city, showing blatant disregard for the customs and rules of war. The situation in Kupiansk remains critical," he added.
As earlier reported, a Russian attack on April 6 sparked fires in the balconies and apartments of a nine-story residential building in Kupiansk. Two residents—a 79-year-old woman and a 67-year-old man—sustained injuries in the attack.
