Drone hits hospital in Odesa, damaging infrastructure and injuring five people

During an enemy drone attack in Odesa, a drone hit a hospital, damaged infrastructure, and injured five people.

This was reported by Ukrinform with reference to the mayor of the city Hennadiy Trukhanov.

“As a result of an attack by attack drones, the ceiling and glazing of one of Odesa's medical institutions were damaged, and the operating room was damaged. Patients were not injured,” the mayor said in a post on Telegram.

In addition, as noted, residential buildings, civil infrastructure, a main road, service stations and cars were damaged.

Operational services and the city headquarters are working at the scene. After receiving permission, the utilities will begin to eliminate the consequences of the attack and restore the roadway.

“Currently, we know about 5 victims. They are being provided with the necessary medical care,” said Hennadiy Trukhanov.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, Russians attacked Odesa with attack UAVs, a series of explosions occurred in the city.
