Russians set up command headquarters for military unit in hospital in Skadovsk — ATESH
According to Ukrinform, the "ATESH" partisan movement stated this on Telegram.
According to the partisans, there is active movement of military personnel in the building, the operation of communication equipment, and activity typical of a command post.
"The city's medical infrastructure is being taken over for the benefit of the occupying forces, leaving residents without access to medical care. Before the occupation, two hospitals operated in the city — now the district hospital is closed, and instead of returning it to residents, the occupiers are handing the building over for military needs. The central hospital is already unable to cope with the flow of patients," ATESH noted.

As stated, the placement of a military headquarters in a civilian medical facility directly violates the norms of international humanitarian law.
"The occupiers are not opening hospitals for people; they are taking them for their army," the partisan movement emphasized.
As Ukrinform previously reported, in the temporarily occupied Crimea, partisans scouted a Russian military unit in the settlement of Rozdolne.
