Russian drone attack on Mykolaiv region leaves two injured, power line damaged

In the Mykolaiv region, two people were injured over the past day as a result of Russian drone attacks, and power outages were caused by damage to a power transmission line.

This was reported on Telegram by Head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration Vitalii Kim, according to Ukrinform.

“Yesterday, the region was attacked by Shahed-type UAVs. As a result of the morning strike and falling debris in Mykolaiv district, two people were injured – a 45-year-old woman sustained minor injuries, and a 68-year-old woman experienced an acute stress reaction,” Kim wrote.

He added that both victims received medical assistance on site and refused hospitalization.

In addition, two private houses and a power transmission line were damaged.

As a result of a nighttime mass attack, the power line in the Mykolaiv district was also damaged. Six settlements are currently without electricity. Repair crews are already working to restore power. No casualties were reported in this incident.

Furthermore, the enemy carried out 18 FPV drone attacks yesterday and this morning on the Kutsurub and Ochakiv communities. In the village of Dmytrivka, two private houses were damaged.

As previously reported, the number of people injured in a massive overnight attack on Dnipro has risen to 14, including a child. Homes, vehicles, and businesses in the city were damaged.
