Ukrainian Forces strike bridge in occupied Crimea, Moscow Oil Refinery, other Russian targets overnight
According to Ukrinform, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Facebook.
Ukrainian forces also targeted an automobile bridge over the Kalka River near Hranitne in the Donetsk region, as well as a railway bridge over the North Crimean Canal near Rozdolne in temporarily occupied Crimea. These infrastructure objects were reportedly used by Russian forces for military transport and logistics.
The Moscow Oil Refinery was hit again, with authorities reporting at least five active fire zones at the facility. The plant, which processes over 12 million tons of oil per year, is considered part of Russia’s military supply infrastructure.
In Russia’s Rostov region, Ukraine struck the Gukovo oil depot, causing a fire. The facility is used for storing and transshipping fuel and lubricants supporting Russian military and transport operations.
Ukrainian forces also struck a Russian command post near Soledar in the Donetsk region, as well as fuel and lubricants depots in Mariupol and Piatypillia, and a logistics storage site near Boikivske.
Separately, Ukraine’s military confirmed additional damage assessments from previous strikes. The destruction of seven storage tanks with a total capacity of 95,000 cubic meters was confirmed following a June 14 strike on the Palkino oil pumping station in Russia’s Yaroslavl region.
Damage was also confirmed to three storage tanks and a section of pipeline at the Kotovsky oil processing facility in Volgograd region following a June 13 strike, as well as five large vertical storage tanks at the Tamanneftegaz oil terminal in Krasnodar region.
The General Staff said these facilities are actively used to support Russia’s military operations.
Earlier, Ukraine’s Special Operations Forces, together with the Unmanned Systems Forces, the Security Service of Ukraine, and the Defense Intelligence, carried out another strike on the Moscow Oil Refinery.
