Head of SBU office in Kirovohrad region found dead in Kropyvnytskyi

Ukraine's SBU State Security Service and State Bureau of Investigation are investigating the circumstances of the death of Oleksandr Nakonechnyi, head of the SBU directorate in the Kirovohrad region.
The SBU's press service told this to Ukrinform.
"The SBU and the SBI are studying all the circumstances of the death of the head of the Security Service's directorate in the Kirovohrad region. After the information is collected in full and analyzed, we will inform the public," the press service said.
Nakonechnyi was found dead in Kropyvnytskyi. The man had a gunshot wound.
Nakonechnyi held the post from January 2021.
