
National Police investigators solve 72 murders committed by Russians in Bucha

Since 2024, National Police investigators have solved 72 murders committed by Russian invaders in Bucha, Kyiv region, and identified a total of 2,500 Russian servicemen who were in the city.
According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the National Police of Ukraine on the third anniversary of the liberation of Bucha from Russian troops.

Investigators identified 2,500 Russian military personnel who were in Bucha and identified more than 100 Russians who participated in war crimes.
34 Russians have been notified of being suspected of war crimes. Twenty-four indictments against Russians who committed war crimes were sent to court.
As reported, the Russian army entered Bucha on February 27, 2022. In 33 days, the invaders committed more than 9,000 war crimes in the Bucha district and killed more than 1,400 civilians, including 37 children.
