The Russian Federation has launched more than 7,000 various cyber attacks on Ukraine for the past three years.
Ukrainian Defense Minister Stepan Poltorak said this during his visit to Ottawa, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"The Russian Federation has launched more than 7,000 various cyber attacks on Ukraine for the period of its aggression over the past three years," Poltorak said.

Given this, the Ukrainian minister called on Canada to develop cyber security cooperation with Ukraine.
"We must not confine ourselves to just one area of cooperation, we should cooperate broadly, including on the issues related to cyber security," the Ukrainian Defense Minister said.
