Militants launched 47 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas in last day

In Mariupol direction, militants used120mm mortars, infantry fighting vehicles and armored personnel carriers, grenade launchers and small arms to shell Ukrainian positions near the village of Shyrokyne. Ukrainian marines came grenade launcher and heavy machine gun fire outside Vodiane (16km north-west of Donetsk).

In Donetsk direction, terrorists fired at Ukrainian strongholds in Troyitske, using 120mm and 82 mm mortars, antitank grenade launchers and heavy machine guns. Ukrainian servicemen in Avdiivka (18km north of Donetsk) came under 82mm mortar, grenade launcher and heavy machine gun fire.

In Luhansk direction, Russian-backed militants used 120mm artillery systems and antitank grenade launchers to shell Ukrainian positions near Novooleksandrivka (65km west of Luhansk).
