Militants fired grenade launchers at Avdiivka in Donbas

"After 18:00, militants did not use mortars or other heavy weapons, and the fire confrontation between our troops and the occupants took place only near several settlements," the press center reports.

In Donetsk direction, Russian-backed militants used grenade launchers and heavy machine guns to fire at Ukrainian positions near Avdiivka (18km north of Donetsk).

In Luhansk direction, ATO troops came under grenade launcher and heavy machine gun fire outside Krymske (42.5km north-west of Luhansk) and Zolote (67km north-east of Luhansk).

In Mariupol direction, illegal armed formations fired anti-tank grenade launchers and heavy machine guns at Ukrainian strongholds outside Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol).
