Militants launched 52 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas in last day

In Donetsk direction, terrorists fired 120mm and 82mm mortars, IFV weapons and heavy machine guns on Ukrainian positions near Pisky (12km north-west of Donetsk). Militants also shelled strongholds of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the area of Vodiane (16km north-west of Donetsk), Marinka (35 km south-west of Donetsk), Verkhniotoretske (22km north-east of Donetsk), Avdiivka (18km north of Donetsk), Butovka coal mine (11.4km north-west of Donetsk), Hnutove (19km north-west of Mariupol), Kamyanka (62km south of Donetsk), Novotroitske (32km south of Donetsk) and Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol), using grenade launchers and small arms. In addition, illegal armed formations opened fire from weapons on infantry combat vehicles and heavy machine guns near Talakivka (20km north-west of Mariupol), Hnutove (19km north-west of Mariupol), Lebedynske (16km north-east of Mariupol), Marinka (35 km south-west of Donetsk), Pyshchevyk (25km north-east of Mariupol) and Pavlopol (30 km northeast of Mariupol). ATO troops outside Nevelske (18km north-west of Donetsk), Opytne (11.5km north-west of Donetsk), Lebedynske (16km north-east of Mariupol), Hnutove (19km north-west of Mariupol) and Talakivka (20km north-west of Mariupol) came under small arms fire and outside Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol) - under sniper fire.
In Luhansk direction, Russian-occupation troops used 152mm and 122mm artillery, 82mm mortars and grenade launchers to shell Ukrainian positions near Zaitseve (67km north-north-east of Donetsk). Militants also opened fire from IFV weapons and grenade launchers near Luhanske (59km north-east of Donetsk), grenade launchers– outside Krymske (42.5km north-west of Luhansk), heavy machine guns – near Stanytsia Luhanska (16km north-east of Luhansk) and Novoluhanske (53km north-east of Donetsk).
As a result of enemy attacks, one Ukrainian soldier was killed, three defenders were wounded and two more servicemen were injured.
