More than 2,500 civilians killed in hostilities in Donbas over four years – UN
The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UN OCHA) reported this on Twitter.

"Over 2,540 civilians killed & 9,000 injured since hostilities started in e. Ukraine 4 years ago. Death toll rises almost every day," the report reads.
The UN Resident Coordinator and Humanitarian Coordinator in Ukraine, Neal Walker, stated that the crisis caused by the conflict in Donbas affected 4.4 million people, 3.4 million of them needed help. Residents of the areas along the contact line regularly come under shelling.
