Ukrainian soldier wounded amid 10 enemy attacks in JFO area

Over the past day, October 13, ten ceasefire violations by Russian-occupation troops were recorded in the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) in eastern Ukraine.

“The enemy fired small arms near Shumy (41km north of Donetsk); hand-held antitank grenade launchers – on Ukrainian positions outside Popasna (69km west of Luhansk); hand-held antitank grenade launchers and small arms – in the area of Katerynivka (64km west of Luhansk); 82mm mortars, small arms, and grenade launchers of different systems – towards Marinka (23km south-west of Donetsk); grenade machine guns, heavy machine guns, small arms – near Prychepylivka (50km north-west of Luhansk); small arms and grenade launchers of different systems – outside Vodiane in the Sea of Azov area and Novooleksandrivka (65km west of Luhansk); grenade machine guns and small arms – on Ukrainian positions near Novotroitske (36km south-west of Donetsk). Russian-occupation troops launched two attacks, using grenade machine guns and small arms, towards Novotoshkivske (53km west of Luhansk),” the press center of JFO Headquarters posted on Facebook.

One Joint Forces serviceman was wounded in the enemy shelling.

As of 07:00, October 14, no ceasefire violations were recorded.
