President presents awards to three servicemen

The decree to that effect, No. 543/2021, has been published on the website of the head of state, Ukrinform reports.

According to the decree, the awards were given "for selfless actions and high professionalism shown in the protection of state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, exemplary military service."

Zelensky awarded the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky (third class) to Colonel Kostiantyn Turenko.

In addition, Colonel Serhii Krutin and Captain Artem Piven received medals "For Military Service for Ukraine."
