Ukrainian, Canadian officials discuss defense cooperation

Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov has met with Chief of the Defense Staff of the Canadian Armed Forces, General Wayne Eyre, the Ukrainian Defense Ministry has reported.
During the meeting, Reznikov had a phone call with Canadian Minister of National Defense Anita Anand, the report said.
"The parties considered a wide range of priority issues in bilateral defense cooperation in the context of the current security situation," the ministry said.
According to the report, Canadian partners reaffirmed their unwavering political position regarding Canada's full support for Ukraine's independence and territorial integrity.
