Ceasefire observed in eastern Ukraine Jan 4

For the past 24 hours, no new ceasefire violations were recorded in the zone of the Joint Forces Operation in eastern Ukraine.
This was reported on Facebook by the press center of the JFO Headquarters.
"In the past day, January 4, and as of 7:00 today, we recorded no ceasefire violations by the Russian occupation forces," said the update.
Joint Forces are monitoring the situation, remaining ready to deter and repel Russia’s armed aggression.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, referring to Ukraine’s military intelligence, the occupiers have deployed additional elements of the reconnaissance system along the contact line and increased the number of sniper pairs.
Under the leadership of Russian army officers on active duty, artillery exercises are being held to spot the targets at the Joint Forces’ positions.
