Vadym Sukharevskyi appointed commander of Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces

Colonel Vadym Sukharevskyi has been appointed as Commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

That’s according to the General Staff, Ukrinform reports.

"As per the order of the Minister of Defense of Ukraine of June 10, 2024, Colonel Vadym Sukharevskyi was appointed Commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," the post reads.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, on February 6, President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree providing for the creation of the Unmanned Systems Forces as a separate type of military within the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
