President Volodymyr Zelensky said the "Coalition of the Willing" summit will be held in Paris next week, where the format and composition of the future international force that could be deployed in Ukraine and security guarantees for the country will be on the agenda.

The head of state announced this during a joint press point with Czech President Petr Pavel in Kyiv, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"Next week we have a bilateral meeting with President Macron. We have many issues to discuss. I hope we will get a good result from that meeting. In addition, there will be an important summit, we can call it the ‘Coalition of the Willing’. Indeed, we will talk about the strategy of security guarantees for Ukraine after the end of the war. And preventing a second wave, or one might say, a third, of occupation by the Russian Federation, their aggressive actions. We will also talk about the contingent,” Zelensky said.

According to the president, the summit will, among other things, discuss the infrastructure of the international force that could be deployed in Ukraine.

“How many are ready to be part of the ‘Coalition of the Willing’ and who is not ready yet. Each country has its own different objective or subjective reasons for this,” the President said.

He also expressed hope that as a result of the summit, its participants will be able to come up with “some specifics”.

“I would like us to come up with some specifics. We talked about this with President Macron,” the head of state noted.

As reported, Volodymyr Zelensky previously stated that the format and size of the international contingent in Ukraine will depend on the U.S. stance on the issue.
