Cabinet of Ministers approves creation of public registers of VAT refunds

This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Finance.

"At the meeting on February 11, 2016 the Government adopted a resolution developed by the Ministry of Finance that stipulates conditions for the creation of public registers of VAT refunds. This resolution approves the Procedure for maintenance and the format of registers of the VAT refund applications," reads the statement.

This resolution stipulates: the list of data used to form these registers; automatic entering of applications to the respective register that will be done within the business day in chronological order of applications receipt; publication of such registers on the official Internet website of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine; repayment of budgetary refunds in chronological order according to the entry of each application to the relevant register.
