Ukraine should change its economic model - PM Groysman

Ukraine should change its economic model from the raw material type to the creation of value added within the country, Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman has said.
He stated this at a government meeting on Wednesday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"We need to change the model of our economy from the raw material type to the creation of added value within the country," Groysman said.
The prime minister said that the key role in the development of the economy was played by the agricultural sector, which accounts for almost a fifth of all products made in Ukraine.
"Today, we will consider a series of decisions that help support the agricultural sector and will allow the sector to grow," Groysman said.
