Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman has stated that the Ukrainian economy grew by 2.5% in 2017.

The prime minister wrote about this on his Facebook page.

"Ukraine's economy grew by 2.5% in 2017. When I became a prime minister, the main task of our Government was to stop the economic decline. We did it and the Ukrainian economy began to grow. I understand that such indicators are not enough to make people feel another quality of life," Groysman said.

He adds that the Government's goal is to sustain the economic growth by 5-7%.
