Gas prices for population may grow by 60-70% after tariff revision - NEURC

Bringing gas prices for population to the market level may lead to their increase by 60-70%.
Chairman of the National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission (NEURC) Dmytro Vovk told this to journalists, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"At present the review is + 60-70%," said Vovk.

According to him, if the issue of tariff revision had been resolved after as it was initiated by the International Monetary Fund (IMF), an increase could have been within 10-15%.
As reported, the key IMF requirements for Ukraine are the creation of an anti-corruption court and the revision of the gas prices for population.
