Transfer pricing department to be created at State Fiscal Service

The transfer pricing and international taxation department will be established at the State Fiscal Service, the relevant department will be also created at the Office of Large Taxpayers, the SFS press service reports.
"Our strategic plan is to expand the tax base, and the mechanism for controlling transfer pricing is one of the most effective mechanisms. Therefore, Ukraine is focused on the implementation of the BEPS rules, an appropriate draft law has already been developed, and after its adoption, the tax control of transfer pricing will meet the OECD requirements,” acting Head of the State Fiscal Service Oleksandr Vlasov said.
He added that after the reorganization of the SFS into separate tax and customs services, the transfer pricing department will become one of the key offices in the tax sphere.
