Highest average salaries recorded in Mariupol, Kyiv and Dnipro – Minister Mylovanov

The highest average salaries in Ukraine in the second quarter of the current year were recorded in the city of Mariupol, which is followed by Kyiv and Dnipro, Minister of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture Tymofiy Mylovanov wrote on Facebook.
The minister wrote that according to the data provided by the State Statistics Service, in the second quarter of 2019, the average salary in Mariupol was UAH 17,114, while on job websites, the average salary in Mariupol made up UAH 9,500.
In Kyiv over the reporting period, according to the State Statistics Service, the average salary made up UAH 15,561, and according to job websites, the average salary made up UAH 13,900.

In Dnipro, the average salary in the second quarter, according to the State Statistics Service, amounted to UAH 10,094, the average salary on job websites was UAH 10,780.
As Ukrinform reported, the average nominal salary in Ukraine in September 2019 was UAH 10,687, which was 18.2% more than in September 2018.
