Ukraine has exported over 31 mln tonnes of grain in current MY

“From the beginning of 2019/2020 marketing year [July 2019 - June 2020] as of January 3, 2020, grain exports from Ukraine amounted to 31.10 million tonnes compared to 23.19 million tonnes in 2018/2019 MY," UkrAgroConsult reports with reference to the data of the information and analytical portal of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine.

As of reporting date, wheat exports amounted to 14.99 million tonnes against 10.47 million tonnes in previous marketing year; corn exports – 12.01 million tonnes against 9.17 million tonnes; barley exports – 3.73 million tonnes against 3.18 million tonnes.

In addition, from the beginning of 2019/2020 MY, Ukraine has exported 191,800 tonnes of flour against 124,500 tonnes a year earlier. Wheat flour shipments to the foreign market amounted to 190,700 tonnes against 123,800 tonnes in 2018/2019 MY.
