Shmyhal orders introduction of post of deputy minister for digital affairs in all ministries

This issue was discussed at a meeting on digital transformation, Shmyhal wrote in his Telegram channel.

"Following the meeting, I instructed all ministries to create the post of deputy minister for digital development, digital transformation and digitization within two weeks and submit candidates for this post within a month," he wrote.

According to Shmyhal, now the relevance and importance of digital technologies in all areas are growing. Automation is a way to eradicate corruption at all levels of government: from making management decisions to providing services to people.

Reform of any sphere in modern conditions is impossible without the use of digital technologies. The experience of many EU countries shows that digital reforms have made it possible to achieve significant economic and social effects, Shmyhal said.
