State budget’s general fund gets UAH 700B this year – Finance Ministry

“Revenues from payments controlled by the State Tax Service amounted to UAH 409.9 billion, the target for January-August was fulfilled by 105.4% (+ UAH 21.0 billion), the State Customs Service - UAH 244.1 billion, the target fulfilled by 103.5% (+8.3 billion UAH),” reads the report.

In January-August 2021, revenues from the single contribution for compulsory state social insurance to the Pension Fund and social insurance funds amounted to UAH 221.4 billion, which is UAH 7.7 billion higher than the expected (planned) indicators of the State Tax Service for the corresponding period. Of this amount, UAH 27.1 billion was transferred in August.

In January-August 2021, the deficit of the state budget reached UAH 6 billion, including the deficit of the general fund - at UAH 13.1 billion.

As reported, in January-July 2021, the general fund of the state budget received UAH 581.5 billion, which is 104.6% of the target for this period.
