SCM paid almost UAH 35B in taxes in H1 2021
Ukrinform reports this with a reference to the press service of SCM Group.
“In H1 2021, SCM's Ukrainian businesses paid almost UAH 29 billion to the national budget, up by 57% year-on-year. Taxes paid to local budgets grew 38% to UAH 5.8 billion,” reads the report.
It is noted that investments in modernization and fixed assets rose by 88% to UAH 17.7 billion compared to the first half of 2020.
Funding for social programs amounted to UAH 5.3 billion. Of these, environmental protection and occupational safety accounted for the biggest share - UAH 3.3 billion and UAH 1.3 billion, respectively.
