The automatic real estate valuation service helped Ukrainians to save more than UAH 30 million, the press service of the State Property Fund has posted on Facebook.

“The automatic real estate valuation service operates uninterruptedly and meets the expectations of people’s deputies, officials, and, I hope, citizens of Ukraine, who have already saved more than UAH 30 million due to this service. Free e-certificate about real estate value is required when certifying juridical acts (transactions) on the sale of real estate, exchange of real estate or, in some cases, inheritance. This concerns the cases where there is a personal income tax. Only when there is a personal income tax, the certificate is required,” Deputy Head of the State Property Fund Yuliya Byelova wrote.

As reported, on June 29, the State Property Fund of Ukraine launched the automatic real estate valuation service. Now Ukrainians can independently, quickly and free of charge estimate the value of their real estate on the website evaluation.spfu.gov.ua.

The technical capabilities of the service allow Ukrainians to determine the value of 18 types of real estate when conducting purchase and sale transactions.
