Ukraine presents investment potential at international forum in Paris
On the first day of the forum, Ukrainian Minister of Infrastructure Oleksandr Kubrakov opened the plenary session "Country Spotlight: Ukraine", which was devoted to discussing the investment potential of Ukraine and allowed a comprehensive presentation of Ukrainian business and investment opportunities.
In particular, the minister noted that in 2020-2021, the total investment in the Ukrainian transport, social and sports infrastructure is estimated at $10 billion. He also spoke about the launch of the president’s program "Great Construction", as well as plans in this direction for the next two years.
As part of the forum, the minister met with Isabelle Dumont, an advisor to the President of France, and French Minister Delegate for Transport Jean-Baptiste Djebbari.
In addition, members of the Ukrainian delegation met with representatives of world leaders in the infrastructure industry, investment foundations and financial institutions, including Alstom, Airbus, Kinstellar, Linklaters and others.
