Naftogaz wins tender to supply 500,000 cubic meters of gas to Moldova

NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine has won a tender from the Moldovan state-owned company Energocom to supply 500,000 cubic meters of gas, according to Director for Naftogaz Integrated Communications Department Maksym Bielawski.
"Naftogaz has won a tender for the supply of gas to the state-owned Moldovan company Energocom. The volume is 500,000 cubic meters," Bielawski told reporters, according to an Ukrinform correspondent.
He noted that gas deliveries are scheduled for October 29.
As previously reported, Naftogaz signed a framework agreement with the Moldovan state-owned company Energocom for gas supplies.
On October 22, the Moldovan government approved a 30-day state of emergency in the energy sector due to the gas crisis throughout the country. The country has already agreed to supply gas from Poland and the Netherlands.
