Ukraine’s steel production up 5% - Ukrmetalurgprom

In January-November 2021, Ukraine’s steel production grew by 5.0% compared with the same period last year, Ukrinform reports, referring to Ukrmetalurgprom.
According to data provided by Ukrmetalurgprom, in January-November 2021, Ukraine produced 19.44 million tonnes of pig iron (up 4.6% from the same period in 2020), 19.64 million tonnes of steel (up 5.0%), and 17.55 million tonnes of rolled metal (up 5.0%).
As Ukrinform reported, according to Ukrmetalurgprom, Ukraine in 2020 produced 20.42 million tonnes of pig iron (up 1.8% from 2019), 20.62 million tonnes of steel (down 1.1%), and 18.43 million tonnes of rolled metal (up 1.2%).
