Ukrtransnafta increased oil transportation by 19% in Jan 2022

JSC Ukrtransnafta, a subsidiary to NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine, transported 1.4 million tonnes of oil in January 2022, which is 19.1% more compared to the relevant period last year, Ukrinform reports, referring to Naftogaz press service.
The volume of oil transportation to Ukrainian oil refineries in January 2022 amounted to 226.6 thousand tonnes (up 25.1% from the relevant period in 2021), and oil transit through the territory of Ukraine came to 1.2 million tonnes (up 18%).
As reported, the total volume of oil transported by Ukrainian oil pipelines in 2021 amounted to 15.7 million tonnes, which is only 0.2% less than in 2020.
