In 2021, revenues from a single social contribution to the Pension Fund and social insurance funds amounted to UAH 349 billion, which is 18.6% more than in 2020.

This is said in a report issued by the State Treasury Service of Ukraine, according to an Ukrinform correspondent.

Since the beginning of 2022, revenues from a single social contribution for compulsory state social insurance have exceeded UAH 28 billion.

Despite the growth of revenues from a single social contribution, the Pension Fund's debt on loans raised from the single treasury account to cover the Fund's cash gaps related to pension payments remains significant and amounted to UAH 74.57 billion at the beginning of February. Of these, UAH 4.32 billion was borrowed in January.

The budget of the Pension Fund for 2022 is projected at UAH 531.2 billion, including UAH 200.6 billion as support from the state budget.
