Land auctions worth UAH 1.44B announced via ProZorro.Sale system

The relevant statement was made by the Government portal, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“In the ProZorro.Sale system, more than 5,000 online auctions for the sale and lease of land have been announced. The total cost of lots is UAH 1,441 million. The total area of land plots is more than 27 thousand hectares,” the report states.

Out of 5,000 auctions, about 1,800 auctions are related to the sale of land and more than 3,200 auctions are related to the lease of land. The total area of land plots offered for lease is 23.8 thousand hectares, and their total cost is UAH 110 million. The total area of land plots offered for sale is 3.4 thousand hectares, and their total cost is UAH 1.3 billion.

As of April 28, 2022, about 1,700 land auctions in the ProZorro.Sale system were fully completed. A total of 320 land auctions were at the stage of signing agreements. The average competition index was 3.4 bidders.

Since the Russian invasion started, Ukraine’s various-level budgets have received about UAH 96 million from land auctions. The average price advance was 190%.

The highest starting price of land plots was recorded in Lviv Region, Kyiv Region, Zakarpattia Region, Odesa Region and Volyn Region.
