Zelensky expects news from Turkey on Friday regarding unblocking Ukrainian ports

President Volodymyr Zelensky has said he expects news on Friday from Turkey regarding the unblocking of Ukrainian ports for grain exports.

President Volodymyr Zelensky said this in his video address, Ukrinform reports.

“Tomorrow we also expect news for our state from Turkey - regarding the unblocking of our ports,” he said.

The president reminded that he held talks with the President of Costa Rica, which were the first in the history of bilateral relations.  Zelensky thanked Costa Rica for supporting Ukraine, the introduction of sanctions against Russia and for countering Russia's propaganda.

“I will continue to do everything possible so that the truth about Russia's actions against Ukraine is known in every part of the world. Our diplomacy is constantly creating new ties with countries that have not been the focus of Ukrainian foreign policy for a long time,” the president said.
