Ukraine's Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration Olga Stefanishyna and Poland's Minister for European Affairs Konrad Szymanski have discussed Ukraine's further steps towards EU membership.
She said this on Twitter, Ukrinform reports.
"Discussed with Polish colleague Minister for European affairs Konrad Szymański next steps on Ukraine's road to EU membership. Thank you for support. Since Feb 24, the EU market has become a 'saving vessel' for Ukrainian business. Further economic integration is essential for our survival," Stefanishyna wrote.
As reported, Ukraine has already carried out a significant part of the work on implementing the recommendations of the European Commission regarding granting the status of a candidate country for EU membership and expects to fulfill all seven recommendations by the end of this year.
