Important for Duda that Poland participates in Ukraine reconstruction - advisor
That’s according to the president’s advisor Pawel Salek, who spoke with Radio Poland, Ukrinform reports.
"For Andrzej Duda, it is important that when peace comes and Ukraine begins to rebuild, Poland participates in investments in Ukraine, so that Polish firms and technology can play their part in the reconstruction," Salek said.
The advisor to the president noted that there is a significant destruction of urban development infrastructure in Ukraine, so the time will come to help Ukraine in economic matters.
According to him, Presidents Andrzej Duda and Volodymyr Zelensky raise the issue of restoration of Ukraine during their meetings.
As Ukrinform reported, President Duda and Minister of National Defense Mariusz Blaszczak visited the tank training ground in Świętoszów (southwest Poland), where they met with Ukrainian tankers mastering Leopard 2 main battle tanks and instructors who have been training them.
