The heads of regional military administrations briefed the Prime Minister on the economic development of the regions, relocation of businesses, creation of jobs, and measures to eliminate wage arrears. Additionally, they reported on meeting the priority needs of the population, the functioning of educational, healthcare and social security institutions.
The meeting participants also discussed the implementation of projects to restore destroyed and damaged facilities. Shmyhal emphasized that local authorities should propose projects to be implemented by the State Agency for Restoration and Infrastructure Development. The focus will be on rebuilding housing, energy, critical, social and transport infrastructure.
The Prime Minister instructed the regional military administrations to speed up the process of compiling the register of destroyed property jointly with the communities.
