On the morning of June 4, Polish farmers started blocking the cross-border movement of trucks at the Rava-Ruska - Hrebenne checkpoint.

This was reported to an Ukrinform correspondent by the Ukrainian border guards’ press service.

As reported earlier, referring to the State Customs Service, the Polish side will allow into Ukraine no more than 24 trucks per day (two intervals, 12 vehicles in each) and up to four trucks carrying humanitarian cargo. Crossing of the remaining categories of vehicles in both directions will not be interrupted.

As reported, the Polish-Ukrainian border had been blocked by carriers since November last year, and by Polish farmers – since February this year.

On April 29, Polish farmers finally called off the border blockade.
