This was reported by the press service of Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense, Ukrinform saw.
"For many years, our country has actively cooperated with Türkiye in the field of the military-industrial complex. We value this joint work and are grateful to our partners for their contribution to the development of the Ukrainian economy, for their investments and support," Klimenkov said.
It is noted that during the meeting, Klimenkov also spoke of the defense procurement reform in Ukraine.
"Now we are exploring new opportunities to strengthen cooperation. We expect that running procurement procedures in line with NATO's best practices will contribute to increasing interest on the part of suppliers to participate more actively in the supply of everything our military needs," added the Deputy Minister of Defense.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, Deputy Minister of Defense Dmytro Klimenkov said Ukraine required Türkiye’s assistance.
As reported, the United24 platform raised $650 million in aid to Ukraine in two years and rallied 110 countries and millions of people and companies.
