All Ukraine’s four operational nuclear power plants, including the Russian-occupied ZNPP, have been reconnected to the national grid.
Minister of Energy of Ukraine German Galushchenko discussed assistance to the Ukrainian energy sector in a telephone conversation with Minister of Energy of Azerbaijan Parviz Shahbazov.
As of November 25, power producers cover 70% of consumers' needs. Currently, almost all critical infrastructure facilities in the country have been re-connected to power grid.
Ukraine plans to attract another $500 million from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development. The funds will be used to support low-income people, internally displaced persons, pay salaries to teachers and doctors.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has called on Europe to completely overcome its dependence on Russian energy resources.

Minister of Finance Serhiy Marchenko and Regional Director of the World Bank for Eastern Europe (Belarus, Moldova and Ukraine) Arup Banerjee signed an agreement to provide Ukraine with a grant in the amount of $4.5 billion.
Power unit No.1 of the Khmelnytskyi nuclear power plant (NPP) has been connected to the unified energy system of UKraine.

Russia’s massive missile attack on November 23 led to a temporary blackout of all nuclear power plants, most thermal power plants and hydropower plants across Ukraine. Electric power transmission facilities were also damaged.
The European Union plans to collect and send thousands of generators and power equipment to Ukraine.

The World Bank has mobilized an additional $4.5 billion for ongoing assistance to Ukraine, which will help the country meet its urgent needs during the winter period.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved a decision to provide UAH 12.7 billion to Naftogaz of Ukraine for the purchase of gas.
On November 22, Ukraine received EUR 2.5 billion of macro-financial assistance from the European Union.
The United States Government announced budget support to Ukraine in the amount of $4.5 billion.
