The European Union will not extend temporary restrictions on Ukrainian grain exports to five neighboring countries.
If the European Commission (EC) does not decide by the end of the day to extend the embargo on imports of Ukrainian grain to the markets of five EU countries (Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria), the Polish government will independently adopt such a decree, which will be indefinite.
In 2024, Ukraine will need USD 10-15 billion for rapid recovery.
