CEC processes over 65% of voting protocols

The Central Election Commission (CEC) counted 65.13 % of voting protocols in Ukraine's presidential election as of 11:00 on Monday.

The relevant report has been posted on the commission’s website, according to an Ukrinform correspondent.

According to the results, comedian Volodymyr Zelensky takes the lead, with 30.41% of the vote.

Incumbent President Petro Poroshenko is the second, with 16.29% of the vote.

Batkivshchyna Party leader Yulia Tymoshenko received 13.10% of the vote, Yuriy Boiko gained 11.59%, Anatoliy Hrytsenko - 7.05%, Ihor Smeshko - 5.92%, and Oleh Liashko - 5.14%.

In addition, Oleksandr Vilkul got 4.31% of the vote and Ruslan Koshulynsky gained 1.66% of the vote.

Other candidates received less than 1%.

The CEC has currently counted 11,699,328 votes.

The presidential election was held in Ukraine on March 31. There were 39 candidates on the ballot paper.
