Andriy Shevchenko wants to start coaching career
KYIV, August 9 /Ukrinform/. Andriy Shevchenko, a former player of Dynamo Kyiv, Milan, Chelsea and Ukraine's national football team, has said that he wants to start a coaching career, Sport-Express has reported, citing London Evening Standard.
"I have started my coaching badges. Now I have the time. Football has always been in my life and I can't go away from it. You never know what will happen in the future and definitely my connections in football and with all my teams, is still very strong. I want to try to be a coach. I want to finish my badges and we will see how it goes," he said.
In London, where Shevchenko's family lives, Andriy keeps up with what's happening at Chelsea and comes to almost every game. "My boys come to the stadium and I am like a fan waiting for the new season to start. They look very strong. I think Chelsea will be very successful this season. All of the team has looked very good and I wish that they win all the trophies and play well," Shevchenko said.
As reported, Shevchenko is currently undergoing coaching courses in Kyiv.
