Thirty-one people are missing. We are looking for everyone," Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Ihor Klymenko posted on Telegram.
The minister noted that the water continues to recede, but 39 settlements and 818 houses remain flooded.
"Our rescuers have pumped out almost 24,000 cubic meters of water during the day," he added.
Klymenko also emphasized that rescuers of the State Emergency Service, police officers, National Guard members, utility workers, and volunteers continue their work.
"Despite enemy shelling, we continue to work. We deliver water, restore supply lines, rescue people," he stressed.
